Embracing Imperfection
Self-awareness grows when we accept our imperfections. In my journey from business to nursing, I learned that it’s okay to stumble, to change course, to admit when something isn’t working. Meditation helps me sit with discomfort and recognize that growth often comes from the places we least expect. This week, notice one thing you are imperfect at, and let it be a source of compassion rather than criticism.
